Sunny, Rox, Blair and their pets are helping Scratch prepare for the Dog Pound's Annual Forever Home adoption event. Rosie is perpetually shy and because she always avoids people, he's never managed to find a home for her. When Rosie has a panic attack during the adoption event, she runs away and the gang have to figure out where to find her before the event ends.
