Lacey wants the Glam Van to go faster, but in attempting to modify the engine, she breaks a crucial part of it and completely disables the vehicle, minutes before the girls are due to attend a pet styling competition. But when Timmy shows up with an old hot dog truck he is taking to be recycled, he gives it to Sunny and the girls rebuild it into the Groom&Vroom, a mobile pet styling vehicle.
